Sewing style：Triple cover stitch
Needle thread tension：0 (AUTO)
Chain looper tension：3
Stitch length：2.5

3. Open the side cover and adjust the needle thread
with the needle thread adjustment screw.
・If the needle thread float is small,
turn the screw to the right.
・If the needle thread float is large,
turn the screw to the left.
Note: If you turn the screw, turn it little by little.
＊For needle thread adjustment, it is assumed that
the upper shaft, lower shaft timing belt adjustment,
ATD timing adjustment, and chain looper timing
adjustment are properly adjusted.
16. How to adjust the needle thread
Needle used：ELx705 #90 (Organ)
Thread used：Fujix Polyester #60
Fabric used : Cotton broad (2 sheets stacked)
1. Make sure that the needle thread floats on C2 are even.
2. Measure with a magnifying glass from the points where
the needle thread floats of C2 are evenly aligned, and
confirm that they are within the dimensional reference.
When the needle thread
float is small.
