＊Move the gear until the for tension discs shut,
and there is 3-4mm play by pushing the fore thread shaft set.
3. Turn the Hand wheel and move the chain looper until the needles rises and
the middle of the C2 and C3 needles and the tip of the sword match.
4. Return ATD driving gear to ATD timing gear.
11. How to adjust ATD system
Preparation: Remove the handle.
1. Loosen ATD drive gear set screw to separate from
ATD drive gear and ATD timing gear
2. Turn the ATD timing gear in the direction
of the arrow and advance until the front
tension disc closes.
