15. How to remove and attach the lower shaft
Preparation: Remove the looper base set.
5. Remove the pulley seal,
remove the pulley set screw,
and remove the pulley.
1. Loosen the screw and remove the chain looper set.
2. Remove spring of chain looper driving rod backlash.
3. Remove the 6 screws and remove the feed dog
evacuation shaft unit.
4. Loosen the lower shaft support balancer screw and
remove lower shaft support balancer.

6. Loosen the tension pulley set
screws and remove the upper
and lower shaft timing belts.
