Opening the burner

Turn off the burner's power supply using the main
system switch.

Turn off the fuel interception tap.

Access to head internal part

In order to reach inside the combustion head (Fig. 29) proceed as
follows:
 remove the cover of the air conveyor 1) and the plate 3);
 remove the photocell 2);
 remove the electrical wiring 4)of the pilot;
 remove the ignition pilot 5) after unscrewing the nut 6);
 unscrew the screws 7) and turn the tubes of the head by 90°
in order to move outside the head 8);
 unscrew the fixing screws 7) of the head 8);
 remove the head 8).

Ignition pilot burner

Position the electrode at a distance of 2 - 3 mm from the hole,
as shown in Fig. 30.
