+ You cannot operate trimming on pictures recorded with other equipments.
* Motion images or TIFF pictures cannot be trimmed and enlarged.
* Trimming is not possible for pictures with audio or pictures with a size of [640
x 480] pixels.
Formatting the Card
Usually, it is not necessary to format the
card (initializing). Format the card when
this message is displayed "MEMORY
CARD ERROR".
{Preparation}
* Set the operational mode dial to playback
(>).
{1 Press the {MENU} button.
2 Press A/V to select [FORMAT] and
then press >.
3 When this message is displayed
YIDROF- Soi "DELETE ALL DATA ON THE
MEMORY CARD?", press A/V to
select [YES].

4 Press the [REVIEW/SET] button.
* The card is formatted.
e After formatting, recorded images
and any other data cannot be
recovered.
