\ Resize the Recorded Pictures
It is possible to reduce the recorded picture
size. We recommend that you use this
setting in particular if you want to reduce
the volume of the picture data in order to
use it as an attachment on e-mail or ina
web site.
[Preparations]
* Set the operational mode dial to playback
[=].
» Play back the picture for which you want
to change the size. (However, for
pictures with a size lower than [640 x
480] or with an aspect ratio that is not
4:3, it is not possible to resize)
1 Press the [MENU] button.
2 Press a/¥ to select [RESIZE] and
then press >.
3 Press A/¥ to select the size.
. : 1600 x 1200
. : 1120 x 840
. : 640 x 480
4 Press the [REVIEW/SET] button to
set the size.
5 When this message is displayed
"DELETE ORIGINAL PICTURE?",
press A/¥ to select [YES] or [NO].
6 Press the {REVIEW/SET] button.
7 ~~ Press the [MENU] button.
* The menu will disappear.
* It may not be possible to resize the
pictures recorded with other equipments.
* Motion images or TIFF pictures cannot
be resized or pictures cannot be
enlarged.
