MS: AUTO/Red-eye reduction
The flash fires automatically according
to the recording situation and
simultaneously it reduces the red-eye
phenomenon (when a subject's eyes
appear red in flash light).
Use it when a subject is recorded in dark
places.
: Forced ON
The flash is forced to fire.
You will use it when a subject is
backlighted.
ERJ: Forced ON/Red-eye reduction
The flash is forced to fire and
simultaneously the red-eye
phenomenon is reduced.
