Trigger
A wrong connection is detected by check-
ing the combination of the indoor and out-
door unit on the CPU
Possible cause
Freeze up prevention in other room.
Mismatch of outdoor-indoor units.
Unspecified voltages.

RA R32 Split & multi split M-Series
Check
Check if connection and wiring of sensor
to PCB is OK.
If all the wiring is OK but the error still
exists then is the sensor not OK.

Effect
Operation halt due to freeze up prevention
in other room/unspecified internal or
externa voltages/mismatch indoor and
outdoor units
Check
Indoor fan is not operating while the error
is displayed.
Verify connection on combination data-
base.
Check supply voltage.
2.2. Error based troubleshooting
Corrective action
Correct the wiring connection or repair the
wiring.
Replace sensor.
Reset
Auto reset after freeze up prevention is
finished. Unit cannot restart before mis-
match is removed.
Corrective action
See error A5.
Replace indoor units when required.
Adjust when required.
