– Slide the single cable seal -A- onto the free end of the repair
wire -arrow-.

The small diameter of the single cable seal must point to the
socket housing.
– Slide the single cable seal -A- with the correct assembly tool
-A- up to the stop into the socket housing -arrow-.
– Shorten the repair wire and single cable of the vehicle's
wiring loom as required with the wire stripper -VAS 1978/3-.
