Exampie 2: Playing a cassette tape with the timer
SYSTEM POWER
Press the SYSTEM POWER switch on
the pre-main amplifier to turn on the
system's power.
Press the cassette deck's OPEN/ Srencaoet
CLOSE button to open the
cassette tray.
Load the cassette tape in the
cassette tray.
Refer to Page 16.
Press the SYSTEM POWER switch
on the pre-main amplifier to turn
on the system's power.
Press the CD player's OPEN/CLOSE
button to open the disc tray.
Load the disc in the disc tray.
Refer to Page 20.
Press the CD player's OPEN/CLOSE
button again to close the disc tray.

Press the cassette deck's OPEN/
CLOSE button again to close the
cassette tray.
TIMERTHMER STANDBY CY
Press the tuner's TIMER/TIMER
5 | STANDBY button for at least
3 seconds.
Press the tuner's TIMER/TIMER Oe pee ee
STANDBY button for at least
3 seconds.
Use the tuner's UP and DOWN
buttons to set the "CD" mode.
Use the tuner's UP and DOWN
buttons to set the "TAPE" mode.
Now follow steps 6 to 16 under "Setting the Timer" on Page 13.
® Check that the cassette deck is set to the desired Dolby NR mode.
