6.2.2. Assembly Procedure

Important Notice：
- When tightening the screw, use a torque driver (RFKZ0542) with specified torque described in each step.
- When assembling, please be careful not to mix dust into the lens.
- Regarding the screws, It is not necessary to return to exactly the same position as long as the same specification.
6.2.2.1 Installation of the 5th Lens Frame Unit and 3rd Lens Frame2 Unit
Screw(K) ×3
2-5 Cam Pin for 5th Lens Frame Unit ×3
1. Install 5th Lens Frame Unit and 3rd Lens Frame2 Unit
to Cam Barrel Unit in turn with adjusting the rotational phase
as shown in the figure.
2. Install 2-5 Cam Pin for 5th Lens Frame Unit and
tighten screw (H) by using the torque driver with specified torque.
- Screw(K) × 3
- Torque : 12±0.5Ncm
When reusing it, tighten with a torque of 6~8Ncm.

3 screws should be tightened with same torque
3. Install 2-5 Cam Pin for 3rd Lens Frame2 Unit and
tighten screw (H) by using the torque driver with specified torque.
- Screw(J) × 3
- Torque : 12±0.5Ncm
4. Glue the 2-5 Cam Pin for 3-4th Lens Frame Unit
with "Three Bond 1401B or 1401C"
* The glue does not come out above the 2-5 Cam pin

When reusing it,
tighten with a torque of 6~8Ncm.
