Simcenter SCADAS RS products SCRS-UPS, SCRS-REC, SCRS-DI, SCRS-S24, SCRS-B24-120, SCRS-B24- 350,
SCRS-U12, SCRS-U12-E, SCRS-ECAT and SCRS-TC20 comply with the following European directives:
• 2014/35/EU – Low Voltage Directive (LVD) on health and safety risks of electrical and electronic
equipment
• 2014/30/EU – EMC Directive on electromagnetic emissions and immunity of electrical and electronic
equipment
• 2014/53/EU – Radio Equipment Directive (RED, SCRS-REC only)
• 2011/65/EU – RoHS Directive on the use of hazardous substances
In order to comply with these directives, the products have successfully been tested against the
following standards:
• IEC 61326-1: Electrical equipment for measurement, control and laboratory use: EMC requirements
• EN 55011: Industrial, scientific and medical equipment - Radio-frequency disturbance characteristics -
Limits and methods of measurement
• IEC 61010-1: Safety requirements for electrical equipment for measurement, control, and laboratory
use
• EN 301-489-1 v2.2.3: EMC standard for radio equipment and services – common technical
requirements
• EN 301-489-17 v3.2.4: Specific conditions for Broadband Data Transmission Systems; Harmonized
Standard for Electromagnetic Compatibility (SCRS-REC only)
• EN 301-489-19 v2.1.1: Specific conditions for Receive Only Mobile Earth Stations (ROMES) operating
in the 1,5 GHz band providing data communications and GNSS receivers operating in the RNSS band
(ROGNSS) providing positioning, navigation, and timing data (SCRS-REC only)
• EN 300 328 v2.2.2: Wide-band transmission systems; Data transmission equipment operating in the
2.4 GHz band; Harmonized Standard for access to radio spectrum (SCRS-REC only)
• EN 301 893 V2.1.1: 5 GHz RLAN; Harmonized Standard covering the essential requirements of article
3.2 of Directive 2014/53/EU (SCRS-REC only)
