A connection module (MCM-101) is supplied with each microphone
On the MCM-101 is a four position Phoenix Terminal Block.
PHOENIX TERMINAL BLOCK CONNECTIONS:
Terminal 1....Positive
Terminal 2....Negative
Terminal 3....Shield
Terminal 4....To housing

Note:
A ground jumper between terminals 3 and 4 should be removed if the
ceiling tile is foil backed or if any part of the microphone housing
comes in contact with building ground.
