3. Stick the kapton tape (polyimide sheet (2-580-751-01) cut) to the two microphone seats.

4. Remove the Label model number and Bottom spacer.

5. Check that no dust is present on the vacuum pad, and push the vacuum pad perpendicularly against the to stick the vacuum pad.

6. Wait 30 seconds with keeping the pressure at near -5.0 kPa.
7. Wait 30 seconds with setting air switch to "close", and record the indicated value (C).

Caution :
This part cannot be reused. Discard the part removed
once in servicing. Instead, use a new part.

Keep vacuum pad vertically by touching with finger.
Do not keep pressing it to the camera.

Do not touch the tube during the measurement, or measurement
value may be changed.
・
Perform the measurement under no vibration.
It may cause the air-leak under the condition with vibration.
