Printer Problems

The printer will not turn on
Probable Cause
The printer is not
plugged in.
The printer is not turned
on.
The printer is defective.
Solution
Check the mouse cable. Make certain it is
plugged in correctly.
Load the driver manually or contact Technical
Support.
Try a mouse you know is working.
Solution
Remove the mouse roller ball and clean the
ball and the inside of the mouse-ball socket.
Solution
Check the power cable. Make certain it is
plugged into a live power source.
Make certain the printer is turned on. If the
printer has power, the power LED should be
on.
Try another printer, if one is available.
