CONNECTING THE INLET HOSE
Since your machine is provided with a water-softener
filter, we recommend
cold fill. (The times and
consumption values in the programme
selection
guide are calculated for an inlet temperature of
15°C).
If you choose to connect your machine to hot
water instead, please note that the temperature of
the incoming water should not exceed 70°C. If it
does, a thermostatically controlled mixer should be
=
=
installed ahead of the inlet.

CONNECT THE POWER SUPPLY
The machine is connected to 240V supply by a plug in
an earthed socket. The lead is 1.5 m in length.
N.B. Before working on the machine, it must be isolated
by pulling the plug out of the socket. For more details
about electrical connection, see "Technical data".
Whenever the machine is isolated, the water should
also be turned' off, since the safety system requires
electricity to function fully.
When the waste water outlet, water inlet and power
supply have been connected, you can turn on the water
supply and check that all the connections are watertight.
SETTING THE CHILDPROOF DOOR LOCK
There is a red screw at the upper edge of the door.
Set this to the position shown in the picture if you
want the safety catch on the door to operate. The
handle will then have to be pushed to the right and `
up before the door will open.
Installation has now been completed.
