IF THE MACHINE DOES NOT EMPTY ...

e Are the filters blocked?
e Is the end of the outlet hose blocked?
è Is there a kink in the outlet hose? When moving
the machine into position it is important to make
sure that the hoses are not trapped or forced
together so that they kink.
iF THE LOAD HAS NOT BEEN WASHED PROPERLY...
o Is the machine level both front to back and side to
side?
e Are the spray arms blocked, or prevented from
rotating freely?
e Is the upper spray arm valve open? (Look behind
the upper rack).
e Are the filters clean?
e Are the items being washed placed too close
together, or facing the wrong way? Cups, glassware,
dishes and so on must be placed upside-down.
e Have you used too little or too much detergent?
Follow the instructions on the packet. This also
applies to the rinse-aid.
eAre there limescale deposits on the items which
have been washed? If so, put approx. 60 grams of
citric acid into the detergent dispenser and run a
long programme without detergent.

Turn off the water immediately

If you cannot
locate the fault - call a service
engineer.

further machine malfunctions.
