COM1 is selectable as RS-232, RS-422, RS-485 by JP6.

COM1 Pin 9 is selectable for RI, +5V or +12V by jumper setting. Default setting is RI.

details.
COM2(RS-232) co-lay with COM1 port and is stacked over COM1 port
