EasyLink Remote control
• Some devices have identical functionality but
do not support the specifi c remote control
commands. Read 5.5.2 EasyLink RC.
The PC display on my TV is not stable or is not
synchronised (with TV as PC monitor)
• Set the refresh rate of your PC to 60Hz.
• Verify that the correct resolution mode
is selected on your PC. Read 7.3 Display
resolutions.
HTR9900, BDP9100 and TV combination
• If the HTR sound is not the TV sound, select
the correct source on the HTR remote
control.
• The HTR9900 does not support EasyLink
(HDMI-CEC).

6.7 Multimedia

USB device content is not shown
• Set your device (camera) to 'Mass Storage
Class' compliant.
• The USB device may need specifi c driver
software. Unfortunately, this software cannot
be downloaded to your TV.
• Not all audio and picture fi les are supported.

USB device content does not play back
smoothly
• The transfer performance of the USB device
limits the transfer rate.
PC fi les are not shown in the Browse PC
network menu
• Verify that fi les have been added in the PC
folder.
• Not all fi le formats are supported. Read 7.4
Multimedia.
• You have to set the PC media server to share
fi les with the TV. Read 4.3.2 What you need.
PC fi les do not play

6.8 Network

Wireless network not found or distorted.
• Microwave ovens, Dect phones or other WiFi
11b devices in your neighbourhood might
disturb the wireless network.
• Make sure that the fi rewalls in your network
allow access to the TV wireless connection.
• If the wireless network does not work
properly in your home, try the wired network
installation. Read 4.3 Network.
Net TV does not work
• If the connection to the router is OK, verify
the router connection to the Internet.
Browse PC and Net TV work slow
• Look in your wireless router's user manual for
information on indoor range, transfer rate and
other factors of signal quality.
• You need a high speed Internet connection for
your router.
