Section 3. Parameter Address Map (Model
ID = 00H 09H)
This map indicates address, size, Data (range), Parameter, Description, and Default Value
of parameters which can be transferred using "Request data 1 (RQI)" and "Data set |
(DT})."
All the numbers of address, size, Data, and Default Value are indicated in 7-bit
Hexadecimal-torm.
