Messages and machine status (i.e., motor speed,
battery charge, operating hours) appear on the
information display.
Note:
The interlock indicators appear when each
component meets the appropriate condition to start
the machine.

Battery-Charge Indicator
The battery-charge indicator displays the remaining
charge in the batteries. When the battery charge is
low, the machine alerts you and the mower blades
automatically disengage; charge the batteries when
this occurs.
Reverse-Mowing Operation (RMO)
Button
Use the reverse-mowing operation (RMO) button to
operate the mower blades while driving the machine
in reverse.
Engage the reverse-mowing mode in the following
ways:
Before engaging the blades
– Press the reverse-mowing button, engage
the mower blades, then move the drive-mode
switch to the R
– Engage the mower blades, press the
reverse-mowing button, then move the

While mowing in the forward direction
– Press the reverse-mowing button, then move
the drive-mode switch to the R
– Move the drive-mode switch to the R
position, disengage the mower blades, press
the reverse-mowing button, then engage the
mower blades.
Cruise-Control System (CCS)
Button
Use the cruise-control system (CCS) button to
maintain the traction speed without your foot on the
pedal.
Press the traction-control pedal to the desired speed,
hold the cruise-control button, then release your foot
from the pedal.
Press the traction-control pedal or brake pedal to
disengage the cruise control.
Height-of-Cut Lever
Use the height-of-cut lever to lower and raise the deck
from the seated position. Moving the lever toward you
raises the deck from the ground and moving the lever
away from you lowers the deck toward the ground.
Adjust the height-of-cut only while the machine is not
moving.
