Lights: Indicates power 1 has power.
Lights: Indicates power 2 has power.
Lights: Indicates either power 1 or power 2 has no power.

Blinks: To indicate that the switch is actively sending or
receiving data over that port.
Lights: To indicate the port is running at 10/100Mbps
and successfully established.
Blinks: To indicate that the switch is actively sending or
