4. Error Messages and Troubleshooting
If any of the below problems occur during measurement, check to
make sure that no other electrical device is within 12 inches
(30 cm) of the monitor. If the problem persists, refer to the table
below.
4.1 Error Messages

Cause
Irregular heartbeats are
detected.
Movement during measurement.
The batteries are low.
The batteries are depleted.
Remove the arm cuff. Wait 2 - 3
minutes and then take another
measurement. Repeat the steps
in section 3.3. If this error
continues to appear, contact
your physician.
Carefully read and repeat the
steps in section 3.3.
You should replace the batteries
with new ones ahead of time.
Refer to section 2.1.
