Unit Assembly Prior to Installation

Warning: Do not remove two transportation supports until framing
and finishing are done.
Before you start - removing the unit from the pallet
Remove the screws securing the unit to the pallet.
Due to the CP60E's size and weight (617 pounds/280 kg shipping weight),

lifting and moving the unit requires 4 people.
Before you start
Place a 2 x 4 long enough to provide a solid grip on the backside of the unit

as shown. Place another 2 x 4 through the unit as shown below.
Lift and move the unit carefully.
Remove the screws securing the unit to the pallet
Due to the size and weight (480 pounds shipping weight) of the CV60E--lifting
and moving the unit will require 4 people.
Place a length (long enough to get a solid grip on each side) of 2 x 4 under
the handle on each side.
Lift and move the unit carefully.
Note : When in position, the handles may be removed from the unit by removing
6 screws on each handle. Ensure that when the handles are removed that the
screws are put back into place in all 12 holes locations where the handle had
been previously (6 per side). The handles can be recycled.

Rear Standoffs
The two top rear standoffs are designed so that screws can be used to secure
the appliance to the rear wall if needed. Studs must be in place for this opera-

Levelling Legs
The 2 top rear stando s are designed so that screws can be used to secure
the appliance to the rear wall if needed. Studs must be in this location if
choosing to screw this into studs.
There are two levelling legs on each side that can be adjusted with the tool
found in the manual package.

There are four levelling legs - two on each side that can be adjusted (with the
supplied tool--found in the manual package) if required.
