Troubleshooting

Check the troubleshooting section every time a process fails.
When a process fails, check that:
The emergency button is not pressed, and the station is rearmed.
The station's pressure is within the limits.

Material management and material filling

Use the troubleshooting tables to locate your issue, then follow the manual recovery steps to resolve it.

Manual recovery
Move the hose away
from the powder for a
few seconds. Continue
the manual aspiration
workflow. If necessary,
cover and uncover the
hose inlet repeatedly with
your hand and shake the
hose in order to unclog any
material.
Check that the filters are
full of powder (check F9,
first). Clean the filters if
required or replace them if
HEPA is compromised.
Carefully place the hose
into parking position facing
upwards (note that the
pipe will be full of powder).
Clean any powder spillage.
The pipes cannot be
cleaned until the mixer is
emptied (after the material
has been loaded into the
build unit).
Cover and uncover the
hose inlet repeatedly with
your hand.
