2. Remove the old batteries.
3. Insert new AAA (LR03) batteries into the Sensor Assembly. The display will show three dashes with power supplied.
Do not mix old and new batteries.
Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or rechargeable (Ni-Cd, Ni-MH, etc) batteries.
4. Insert the outer part of the Sensor Assembly, and then pivot it into the dumbbell until the Sensor Assembly snaps into place.
5. The dumbbell is ready for use.
