    Appliance voltage, frequency, and amperage ratings are listed on the product rating plate.  For the SINC1110, plug the cord into a grounded outlet.  For the SINC2220, SINC424220, and SINC430220 models, attach the leads to a power supply.

    When pressing TEMP, the induction cooktop will begin setting the temperature and the TEMP light will illuminate. The default temperature is 248ºF (120ºC). Temperature can be adjusted by touching the ▲ and ▼ buttons. Note that the temperature range is 140ºF to 464ºF (60ºC to 240ºC). Felix Storch, Inc.

    HEATING/TEMP will illuminate accordingly. The cooktop will enter the Time Setting mode. The timer can be adjusted from 0 to 180 minutes for model SINC1110 (and from 0 to 99 minutes for the other models) by pressing ▲ and ▼. Five seconds after setting, the window will automatically shift to the mode display of the corresponding function.
