Emergency starter
In case of electric starting failure, the engine
can be started using the emergency rope
stored in the storage box.
1.
Sh ift the transmission into neutral.
2.
Remove the change pedal and open the
left-hand crankcase cover.
3.
Turn ignition key to "ON"

4.
Insert the knotted end of the rope into
the pulley notch and wind the rope
three or four turns counterclockwise.

Pull up the decompression lever. Then
give the rope a healthy pull for starting
the engine. Repeat it as required
.
