"ENGINE STOP" switch
Make sure that the engine stop switch is posi-
tioned to "RUN". The engine stop switch
has been equipped to ensure safety in an
emergency such as when the machine is
upset or trouble takes place in the throttle
system. The engine will not start or run when
the
engine stop switch
is
turned to "OFF".
"LIGHTS" (Dimmer) switch
Turn the light switch to "LO" to turn on the
headlight, (low beam) and taillight. Turn the
light switch to "HI" to turn on the headlight
(high beam) and taillight.
Do not use headlight with engine off for more
than half an hour. Battery may discharge to
point that starter motor will not operate
properly. If this should happen, remove and
recharge battery.
