Deleting an Appointment
To delete single appointments
1. Scroll to Extras ,

2. Go to the day of the appointment you wish to delete by selecting either
View today , Week view
: Scroll to the appointment you wish to delete and press C.
3. In View today
In Week view and Month view
scroll to the appointment you wish to delete and press C.
4. The question Delete?
To delete all appointments or appointments older than a day or a week
1. Scroll to Extras ,
Y E S
2. Scroll to the items you want to delete and press
older than one week (1 week old), older than one day (1 day old) or all
appointments in the Calendar (Delete all).

Editing a Calendar Appointment
1. Scroll to Extras ,

2. Go to the day of the appointment you wish to edit by selecting either
today , Week view or
3. Scroll to the appointment you wish to edit and press
again.
4. Select .
Edit
5. Enter the correct date, time etc. and press
If you do not want to change a part of an entry, e.g. the date, press
and it remains the same.
6. The entry has been successfully changed when you see the text
display.
Calling a Phone Number Stored in an Appointment
1. Scroll to Extras ,
Y E S
2. Go to the day of the appointment in which the phone number is stored, by
selecting either View today
3. Scroll to the appointment and press
4. Select Call from the list.
