Symptom I wanted to run Multi View while playing a game, but it didn't work.
Explanation Multi View may not run depending on the game controller settings on the latest game controller (Xbox Series X and Playstation 5).
If your game controller settings are set as below, Multi View might not be working.

Guide
Multi View is not available in the current game controller settings. On the
settings, you can try again after turning off Dolby Vision, setting the
resolution to 4K 60Hz or lower, or turning off Variable Refresh Rate.
Multi View is not available in the current game controller settings. On the
game controller settings, you can try again after setting the audio signal to
Dolby Digital or AC3.
