Mirror base wire stretching
(Preliminary checks)
Check the stop position of the wire winding pulley.
Visually check that the wire grooves of the front/rear wire winding
pulleys are at the same level.
If there is a substantial discrepancy between the two, loosen the two
setscrews which are fixing the pulleys and adjust the pulley positions.
After adjustment, tighten the setscrews.
1
Hang the mirror base wire fixing fixture on the tension adjustment
plate hook.
2
Fit mirror base B onto the mirror base positioning plates
(front/rear). Pass the mirror base wire along the outer groove of
the mirror base B pulley.
3
Pass the mirror base wire along the pulley groove in the paper
feed side.
4
Pass the mirror base wire under mirror base B and wind it around
the winding pulley.
At that time, fix the wire groove section in the winding pulley to the
upper position, wind the mirror base wire 9 times, and put the 8th
winding in the groove.
