The names of audio files on the "Memory Stick" media
are not displayed when I start Audio Player

media, it may take time to read files completely. While reading, the
operation of Audio Player is unavailable. This is not a malfunction.

I cannot play audio files with playback restrictions

B You cannot play ATRAC3plus format audio files, audio files with expired
date, or audio files with a limit to the number of times play is allowed.

MP3 files cannot be read or played

B Check that the MP3 files are located in [Palm/Programs/MSAUDIO]
directory on storage media, such as "Memory Stick" media.
B Check that the file format is supported by your CLIÉ handheld.
