Open a File
Open a File
To open (recall) a saved file:

A list of previously saved files and folders displays. If the file is stored in a folder:

Only one file can be displayed on the screen at a time. When opening a saved file, if the
Editing screen contains other data, you are prompted to save the data before the screen is
cleared. If you decide to save the displayed data, the Save function is invoked and you are
allowed to give the data a file name before the requested file to open is displayed in the Editor.

Press File
Choose Open and press Enter
Indicate if the file to open is stored internally on the BMP
thumb drive.
Note:
If the file to be opened is stored externally, in order to get the desired list of
files, be sure to plug the thumb drive into the appropriate port.
Press Enter

Navigate to the desired folder to open and press Enter
Then, navigate to the desired file to open and press Enter
