Griddle Burner Assembly
Removing The Griddle Burner Assembly
1. Make sure the control knob is in the OFF
position, gas supply valve is closed, and
the gas hose is disconnected from the gas
supply.
2. Open griddle lid and remove the griddle
surface as shown in Figure 1.
3. Remove both hinge pins as shown in
Figure 2.
4. Slide the burner out of the griddle firebox
as shown in as shown in Figure 3.
5. Detach ignition wire from electrode
(Figure 3).
