MAGNUM PRO AL GUN LINER INSTALLATION GUIDE
LINER REPLACEMENT
This procedure will aid in the replacement of the Magnum
PRO AL Gun liner. Carefully review all steps and corresponding
illustrations to ensure proper replacement.
1. Follow guidelines for removing an installed liner conduit
(instructions are the same for old or new liner conduits).
2. Trim the jump liner to an appropriate amount, should be near
6.875" before threading it into the front and back of new liner.
3. For the front, slide liner through molded plastic strain relief
before putting it into the brass block. Tighten the setscrew in
the brass block with 3/32" allen key.
4. Secure liner up front with 5/64" allen key.
5. Reattach spiral strain relief (start on the control cable and nish
on the liner) and move molded plastic strain relief back into
position in handle. Close handle and tighten screws for handle.
6. Close handle and tighten the six screws for the handle with 5/64"
7. Wrap liner around other cables (power, control, and gas) while
