Settings
Briefly press the Multi-Controller 1 to the
right repeatedly until the desired menu
item is highlighted.
Briefly press button 2 downward.

turn the Multi-Controller 1 down until the
desired entry is highlighted.
To move the mouse pointer up in lists,
