Possible cause:
The D­ESA control unit has detected a fault.
An adjustment of the spring or a fault of
the riding position compensation function
are possible causes. Riding the motorcycle
may be uncomfortable, particularly on rough
roads.
Have the malfunction corrected as soon as
possible at a specialist workshop, prefer-
ably an authorized BMW Motorrad retailer.
Hill Start Control active

The Hill Start Control (
