The RCP-7200SL thru RCP-7400SL are performance tested to NSF
Standard 7 for storage of potentially hazardous foods. These units
meet NSF Standard 7 only when pan rails are installed in the lowest
position, otherwise it meets NSF Standard 2.
The RCP-200SL thru RCP-400SL are performance tested to NSF Stan-
dard 2 and are not intended to hold potentially hazardous foods.
Both RCP series are ETL listed for US and Canada and evaluated to
UL standard 471.
Components used in the manufacture of this unit are Underwriters
Laboratory recognized.
