The Glide Rail does not slide out smoothly.
Symptoms
The Glide Rail Jammed.
The Glide Rail has rust.
Cause
The material of the Ball Bearing in the Glide changed
1. Repair Instruction
※ If the S/No is 911KW******* and the color of the ball bearing guide in the glide rail is black, you must replace the glide rail.
Refer to page 2 for the detail identification method.
1) Disassemble the Upper Rack.
※ Refer to page 4 ~ 10 for detail assemble or disassemble method.
