air pipe and not combined.

To calculate the allowed length of a vent and combustion air system
follow this example:
When using a SSB85 with Ø 2" (Ø 60 mm) PP system with 3 x 45°
-elbows and a 90° -elbow as termination, then the total venting length
may not exceed 50 ft. ( 15 m).
3 × 45°-elbow = 3 x 3 ft. (0.9 m) = 9 ft. (2.7 m)
1 × 90°-elbow terminal = 5 ft. (1.5 m).
Total friction loss equivalent =14 ft. (4.2 m)
Total venting length for this example is:
SSB85 = 50 ft. (15 m) – 14 ft. (4.2m) = 36 ft. (11 m) each for
the intake and exhaust piping.
When the total flue system equivalent length is verified it is necessary to
set the par N° 99 "Flue length range" according to the total length of the
installed flue system as defined in the following table:
