Cause and corrective measure
Possibly, there is a packet filter or SIP packet manipulation activated in the
router.
Corrective measures:
• Disable packet filters or SIP packet manipulation in the router.
Possibly, port forwarding options have been set up in a router with NAT
function (Network Address Translation).
Corrective measures:
• Remove the port forwarding options in the router with NAT function.
Possibly, the inverter does not recognize the Speedwire/Webconnect
data module. The firmware version of the inverter is not supported
(see Section 2.4, page 11).
Corrective measures:
• Perform a firmware update on the inverter. For information on
performing a firmware update, refer to the technical description
"Firmware Update with SD Card" at www.SMA-Solar.com.
