Troubleshooting

The LED indicator is flashing red.
Scenario
Driver board error
Fan error
Optical engine temperature
error
2D ToF error
G sensor error
Contact customer service for assistance.

The projector does not turn on.
Cause
There is no power from
the power cord.
Attempting to turn
the projector on again
during the cooling
process.
No picture.
Cause
The video source is not
turned on or connected
correctly.
Flashing red/blue
Flashing red/magenta
Flashing red
Flashing red/green
Flashing red/cyan
for power LED indicator.
Plug the power cord into the AC power jack on
the projector, and plug the power cord into the
power outlet. If the power outlet has a switch,
make sure that it is switched on.
Wait until the cooling down process has
completed.
• Check if the video source is properly
connected.
• The projector may be in Audio-only, power
saving or eye protection mode. Press the
power key to disable.
