Basic Operating Procedure

This section provides simple and basic directions to get you started with
your camera. From this section, you will learn how to turn the camera on
and off, shoot pictures, zoom In and Out, set your flash, and playback
your pictures.

Turning the Camera ON/OFF

1.
To turn the camera on, slide the lens barrier to the direction of the arrow. If the
lens does not extend when the lens barrier is opened, there is a possibility that
it is not fully open. Fully slide the barrier until you hear a click.
2.
To turn the camera off, slighly close the lens barrier until it touches the lens
barrel. Once they make contact, the lens will retract. Please wait until the lens
is fully retracted before closing the lens barrier. The backside LED indicator will
remain green while the power is turned on.
3.
User can directly turn on playback mode while the slide remains closed.
Please refer to page 17 for detailed operation.
