Troubleshooting (only to be done by qualified
service personnel):
Symptom
Powervent not running when WALL
SWITCH is turned ON
Fireplace doesn't spark after turning WALL
SWITCH on
Fireplace goes out after sometime and turns
back ON automatically after sometime
If your fireplace still does not operate correctly, consult your dealer
or the manufacturer.

Troubleshooting Step
Check to make sure Main Power is ON and Fuse is
not blown
Check to make sure Power Vent is ON and running at
Full Speed. Please note the fireplace has a 1 minute
pre-purge before lighting the pilot assembly
Ensure the vent or the exhaust termination are not
blocked by debris. Adjust the Fan speed higher and
restart the fireplace. If failure persists, contact Montigo
for support.
