The H-Series H36PVN & fireplace
The H36PVN fireplaces may be installed in any location that
maintains proper clearances to air conditioning ducts, electrical
wiring and plumbing. Safety, as well as efficiency of operation,
must be considered when selecting the fireplace location. Try
to select a location that does not interfere with room traffic,
has adequate ventilation, and offers an accessible pathway for
Power Vent installation.
The fireplace dimensions are shown below:

Clearances
To ensure the H-Series H36PVN Fireplaces operate safely, all
models must maintain the following clearances.
Clearances to Combustibles
Model#
H36PVN
*Note: Finishing hardwood, laminate flooring, or tile may be placed
directly in front of fireplace, however Montigo waives responsibility for
discoloration of flooring materials. Ability to withstand heat should be
discussed with the flooring manufacturer. If carpet is to laid there must
be a 12" clearance or hearth between the front of the fireplace and the
start of the carpet.
