Checklists for commissioning 1FW67 built-in torque motors
Before starting any work, familiarize yourself with and understand the safety instructions and
observe the following checklists.

Are all of the necessary components of the configured drive line-up available, correctly
dimensioned, installed and connected?
Are the manufacturer documentation for the system components (e.g. drive system,
encoder, cooling system, brake) and the Configuration Manual "SIMOTICS T‑1FW6 exter‐
nal rotor built-in torque motors" available?
If the 1FW6 external rotor built-in torque motor is to be operated on a SINAMICS S120
drive system:
