1. Take out the all spare parts from box, fix the
metal tube on the fan body. See Figure 5.
2. Install wheels(Fx2) to the on the two sides of
short metal tube(Cx1), then fix it to the bend
metal fan(Bx2), see Figure 6.
3. Install the long metal tube(Dx1) to the other side
of bend metal tube, See Figure 7.
4. Insert the metal tubes into the metal base by
pressing spring buttons. See figure 10. See
Figure 8.
5. Press metal tube in to Metal base until spring
button protrudes out open hole in metal tubes.
See Figure 11.
6. Loosen the nut, fix the handle to the one side of
fan body, tightening the nut. See Figure 9.
