IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Before using the device, read this instruction manual
carefully. Please keep this manual, warranty, receipt and,
if possible, the carton and inner packaging.
1. Before connecting the appliance to the power supply,
check that the voltage indicated on the appliance
corresponds with the voltage in your home. If this is
not the case, contact your dealer and stop using the
appliance.
2. To avoid shock hazard, never allow the fan to come
into contact with water.
3. Do not leave the device switched on without
supervision.
4. Leave the device unplugged if it is unused and
unattended, or when folding, disassembling or
cleaning.
5. Ensure that the fan is switched off from the supply
mains before removing the guard.
6. This appliance should not be used for purposes
other than stated in the instructions accompanying
this appliance.
7. This appliance must only be used for household
purposes. All other uses are considered improper
and as a result dangerous.
8. This appliance is not designed for commercial use.
9. Do not use the device outside.
10. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8
years and above if they have been given supervision
or instruction concerning use of the appliance in
a safe way and if they understand the hazards
involved. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not
be made by children unless they are older than 8
and supervised. Keep the appliance and its cord out
of reach of children aged less than 8 years.
11. This appliance is not intended for use by children
or other persons without assistance or supervision
if their physical sensory or mental capabilities
prevent them from using it safely. Children should be
supervised to ensure that they do not play with the
appliance.
12. The device should not be used by children. Keep
the device and its cord away from children. Children
should not play with the device.

13. Never use the device if power cord or plug are
damaged. If the power cord is damaged, it must be
replaced by the manufacturer, a service technician
or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a
hazard.
14. Do not try to repair the device yourself or modify it
in any way. All repairs should be performed at an
authorized service center. Otherwise, the device
loses warranty.
15. Do not allow the cord to hang over the corner of the
table or counter, or be in contact with a hot surface,
or be tangled.
16. Do not operate the device with wet hands or move it
when it is plugged in.
17. Using accessories that are not recommended by
the manufacturer may result in fire, electric shock or
personal injury.
18. Never insert fingers, pencils, or any other object
through the grill or mesh when the fan is running.
19. Carefully with long hair, the rush of air can suck them
in!
20. Unplug the appliance before moving it from one
place to another.
21. Always use on a on a firm and flat surface to prevent
it from falling over.
22. Do not use the appliance without the protective grill
or mesh.
23. Do not attempt to force the grill or mesh in order to
make the fan turn or stop.
24. It is not advisable to expose people (esp. babies or
older peoples) to a continuous cold air stream for a
long time.
25. After use, switch off the device and disconnect it
from the power supply by removing the plug from
the socket. ATTENTION: When removing the plug
from the socket, do not pull on the cord.
26. The plug must be removed from the electrical socket
after use, in the event of equipment failure and
before cleaning.
ATTENTION: The user bears sole responsibility for
damages resulting from improper use of equipment or
use not in accordance with the operating instructions.
