Telephone Maintenance
•
Always use a damp or antistatic cloth to clean the telephone. Never
use a dry cloth.
•
If the telephone is very dirty, clean it with a diluted neutral cleansing
agent containing surfactants, such as dishwashing liquid. Afterwards
remove all traces of the cleansing agent with a damp cloth moistened
with water only.
•
Never use cleaners containing alcohol, cleaners that corrode plastic, or
abrasive powders.
Troubleshooting
Pressed key does not respond:
Check whether the key is stuck.
Telephone does not ring:
Verify whether you have activated "Do not disturb". If yes, deactivate the
"Do not disturb" function.
For other problems:
First contact your administrator. In case of irreparable faults, you must con-
tact customer service.
Contacts for Resolving Problems
If you encounter a problem that lasts longer than five minutes, contact your
service personnel.
